Photoshoot Terms and conditions

A £49 non-refundable session booking fee is required to confirm your session. This covers the time and talent of the photographer and secures your slot.
Your final payment is due when you choose and order your image package following the session.
No images will be delivered until full payment has been received.

You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules due to illness are permitted once — further changes may require a new booking fee.
For the health of all clients, especially newborns, please inform me as soon as possible if anyone attending is unwell.
Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will not incur any additional fees, but the session fee remains non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days will result in the loss of the session fee.
No-shows will forfeit the session fee and must pay a new session fee to rebook.

If you are late, your session time will be reduced accordingly. This may result in fewer final images.
If you arrive more than 45 minutes late, the session will be considered a cancellation, your booking fee will be retained, and a new session fee will be required to reschedule.

Preview images will be available within 3–5 working days, watermarked for proofing only.
Any screenshots or attempts to remove watermarks are considered a breach of copyright and may result in legal action and full image fees being charged.
Once your final image selection is made and full payment is received, fully edited images will be delivered digitally within 3 weeks.
Galleries will remain online for 5 days for selection. Late selections may incur a re-upload fee of £10 if your gallery needs to be reinstated.
It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up their images. Ongoing access is not guaranteed.

Cara Mia Photography retains full copyright to all images, in accordance with UK copyright law.
Clients are granted a personal-use license to print and share images for private, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Sell or profit from the images
- Enter them into competitions
- Alter or edit them beyond basic cropping
You may:
- Share them online (please credit/tag: @caramiaphotouk)
- Print for personal use (you’re also welcome to order prints through me)

No images will be shared publicly by Cara Mia Photography (e.g. website, social media, portfolio) without your explicit written consent via a signed Model Release Form.

Gift vouchers are available and valid for a single use only.
Vouchers:
- Are non-refundable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or used toward products not covered in the voucher
- Must be used before the expiry date stated on the voucher

Newborn sessions take place in my studio only to maintain a safe and controlled environment.
Family sessions may be arranged at an outdoor or agreed-upon location, weather and travel permitting.
Any changes to session location must be discussed and agreed in advance.

Please arrive on time, prepared, and with all members of your party ready to participate.
Ensure children are well-rested and fed where appropriate.
You are responsible for securing any permissions required at a chosen location.

Cara Mia Photography reserves the right to decline or cancel a session at any time due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control. A full refund or reschedule will be offered in this instance.
By booking a session, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
